In addtion to his previous positions as an Executive Chef, Nelson has also worked part-time as a
Professor at Algonquin College and is on the board for the Ontario Apprenticeship and Les
Toques Blanche International. Nelson currently oversees 280 associates in Canada's largest
convention hotel with over 130K square feet of meeting space and 40 million in revenue.
He is passionate about his profession and is always searching for ways to innovate and improve.
