Trade Show Schedule
The Virtual Trade Show will be held from Tuesday, May 18, 2021 from 13:50 to 15:50 and Wednesday, May 19, 2021 from 13:45 to 15:45.
Social Networking Lounges
Following the virtual trade show each day, the AFCA has scheduled Virtual Social Networking Lounges. This will be an opportunity for trades and delegates to connect and socialize in various lounges.
Plenary sessions and conference streams will have concluded before the trade show opens each day.

The AFCA and Encore hosted a live demo on Thursday, February 11 at 2:00 pm MTN.

The session provided details so that you can see the 3-D virtual booth options and select the best option to showcase your company and services.

Onboarding and Digital Assets
Once your booth has been confirmed and payment processed the Encore Digital Services team will provide you with Digial Services Submission forms to collect your digital assets to build your virutal both.
Please reference the Booth Levels link below that outlines the details, elements and digital files that are required for each booth category. Four Booth Levels and Digital Elements.
When you booth has been built, there will be a three day window for you and your team to test your booth and the associated elements.
Encore provides onboarding calls with your team to provide assistance and walk you through your booth, discuss the digital elements required to showcase your product(s) and services that you provide.
You will have access to your booth three days prior to all attendees viewing the platform. This will enable you and your team to test the various elements that apply to your booth category. For example, company logo, photos, video, external links, chat feature and zoom (if selected).
It is the goal to make the AFCA virtual trade show easy to navigate and success for Delegates, Trades and Sponsors.
Booth Design and Staffing of the Booth
The virtual booths are designed from four category levels that you can choose Four Booth Levels and Digital Elements Encore Global Digial Services team wil provide advise and recommendations on how best to maximize your presence.
There are three trade floors to select your 3-Dimensional virtual booth location. Each trade floor has a combination of the 3-Dimensional virtual booth categories.
Depending on the booth category, you may require one representative to manage the 'live chat feature', another representative to respond to 'Contact us Form' and another representative to manage the "Video Chat through a 'Zoom Room'.
You would be on your laptop at your location with additional tabs open or have staff managing the different components. Again, staffing levels will depend on the level of booth you select.
Networking and Analytics
There is a booking feature through the "Meeting Scheduler" for specific booth categories that will allow attendees to book one on one meetings to view a demo.
There will be daily analytics gathered and shared with Trades.
Booth Colour Codes:
- White and Blue - Platinum Booths
- Yellow - Gold Booths
- Silver - Silver Booths
- Brown - Bronze Booths
Trades can choose the floor and booth. The trade floors are updated each week and are posted below and on the AFCA web site.
The floors can be adjusted some what and the AFCA will work with you on the best location for your booth.

Please list your trade show floor number along with three (3) choices for your booth space in the on-line registration form. Booths are assigned on a first come first paid basis.

Platinum and Gold Booth trades can add on a Private Virtual Networking Zoom Room for $400.00 plus taxes.
Trade Representatives
Kelly Legris will contact you once your booth has been selected and paid to obtain contact details for your trade representative(s).
The trade representative(s) will have access to the virtual trade show and the virtual networking lounges.
Deadline to Purchase Booths
With a virtual trade show, additional time is required to design the trade show floor plans. The last day to purchase a booth is Wednesday April 7, 2021
Virtual Social Networking Lounges
Following the virtual trade show each day, the AFCA has scheduled Virtual Social Networking Lounges. This will be an opportunity for trades and delegates to connect and socialize in various lounges.
Conference Mobile App
The AFCA will have the Conference App at the AFCA 2021 Annual Conference and Trade Show. The App will include the agenda; speakers; trade show floor plans; the ability to communicate between delegates, amongst other features. Stay tuned as we get closer to the Virtual Conference and Trade Show.

Substitution and Refund Option
Registrations are non-refundable AFTER Tuesday, April 6, 2021. If you are unable to attend the virtual conference, a substitute participant from your organization may attend in your place.
The last day to purchase a virtual trade show booth is Tuesday, April 6, 2021.
