Please register on-line regardless of your payment method.  Faxed back and phoned in registrations will not be accepted.  There will be an opportunity on-line to indicate your method of payment. We encourage you to take advantage of the convenience of paying by credit card, however; if you are paying by cheque please print your cheque submission form and mail it with your cheque to:

Registrations will be processed on a first-come first served basis.  Membership status will be confirmed and the registration type modified if necessary. Cancellation Policy:
Notification of cancellation and requests for refunds can be made by emailing michellewilson@rogers.com before December 30, 2011.   No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after that date.  Cancellations will be subject to a $50 administration fee for each individual registered.
Substitute delegates are permitted with advanced notification to michellewilson@rogers.com

New savings for those registering by Early Bird deadline date of December 1st, 2011 and making hotel reservations at Marriott Fallsview, the official conference hotel, by December 1st, 2011: 
Relax after a full day of networking and education - The Lobby Bar at the Marriott will be closed to the public and only open to OGSA delegates.  When you register for the conference and reserve your bedroom by December 1st, 2011, you will also receive a voucher upon check in giving you discounts on alcoholic beverages at the Lobby Bar. 

Want to take in the Casinos in Niagara? - Leave your car at the Marriott Fallsview parking lot and take advantage of complimentary shuttle service from the Marriott Fallsview to either Casino and of course complimentary return transportation at the end of the evening.  When you register for the conference and reserve your bedroom by December 1st, 2011, you will receive a voucher upon check in for complimentary casino shuttle service.
President's Reception - Guess Who's Coming!:
Mix and Mingle with Becky Kellar, member of Team Canada’s Women’s Hockey Team and winner of 4 world champions including 3 Olympic Gold Medals; Ric Nattress, former NHL Calgary Flames player and winner of the 1989 Stanley Cup; Paul Masotti, former CFL Toronto Argonauts and winner of 2 Grey Cups and outstanding Player Award and lastly, Mike Bullard, former NHL Player who scored 50 goals for the Pittsburgh Penguins.  Becky, Ric, Mike and Paul will be mingling with the crowd during the President’s Reception at Elements.
