Managing First Nation Projects in Joint Venture

The joint venture of BearPaw Engineering and MHPM Project Leaders, works together as trusted partner to successfully deliver First Nation capital projects for our clients. BearPaw and MHPM bring clients a combination of awareness, respect and proven project management best practices – a combination that has enhanced community buy-in and fostered collaboration with all partners, while ensuring the project is completed on time, on budget, and to the desired specifications.
 
This joint session will cover the benefits of utilizing independent project managers to oversee capital projects and convey how this relationship can work well for First Nations and their partners. Further, Brock and Kevin will identify key project management best practices that have been successfully implemented on their projects, and will illustrate how infrastructure projects can be delivered in joint venture.
