Sponsorship Cancellation Policy

No sponsorships cancellations are allowed once the payment has been made to CINDE via Credit Card, Wire Transfer or any other way. All changes in regarding the information of the Company’s attendees according to its sponsorship packages must be in writing and must be received by CINDE 90 days prior to the event. Substitutions and changes on the information of the Company’s attendees will only be accepted 90 days prior to the event. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organizer to alter the content and timing of the agenda. Efforts will be made to notify participants, attendees and sponsors in the event of cancellations and/or schedule changes. In the unfortunate event that the Life Sciences Forum is cancelled, CINDE is not liable for any costs incurred by delegates in connection with their attendance. CINDE will not be responsible for any costs incurred, including airfare (or penalties) and hotel, as a result of a cancellation, instructor, or date and time change.

Once CINDE receives the payment confirmation, the sponsor will be contacted to select the booth location. The location selection is subject to availability and depends on the category of your sponsorship. Please send your payment confirmation/receipt to pjimenez@cinde.org.

For your safety and security, all the conference and/or plant tour attendees must show photo identification and industry related business card. These documents are required at the conference check-in to complete your registration. Children under 18 are not permitted in the exhibit hall under any circumstances. Conference badges are non-transferable and lost badges will not be replaced without payment of the full conference registration fee.
