Vendors & Exhibitors
  • We request for Vendors/Exhibitors to submit the names of individuals attending the conference for name tags; only 2 people per booth.  Lunch tickets will also be provided.  Additional guests please fill out an Observer Registration, and are required to  pay the registration fee.
 
  • Exhibitors will be provided with a 6’ ft skirted table and two chairs.  All displays must be set up between 7:00-8:30 am on Feb 25th  and dismantled by 3:00 pm on February 27th. Vendors/Exhibitors: Please note that personal/additional tables will be prohibited from exhibition area. The hotel is providing one table per vendor.
 
  • In order to secure your booth, we require payment to be received by January 31, 2020. After January 31st unpaid booths, will be released to our Exhibitors/Vendors waiting list.  If your booth is released, you will be required to re-submit your Registation Form with payment.

Exhibitor/Information:  $1,000.00 (3 Days) or $350.00 (Per Day)
 
Craft Vendor:  $250.00 (3 Days) or $100.00 (Per/Day)
