The 5th Annual Meeting of the Association for Law, Property and Society
The Association of Law, Property & Society (ALPS) is a membership organization for scholars doing interdisciplinary legal scholarship on all aspects of property law and policy. It held its first annual meeting at Georgetown University, Washington DC in 2010. Last year the University of Minnesota hosted the meeting. This year's meeting of ALPS at the University of British Columbia (UBC) in Vancouver is the association's fifth meeting and the first time it has been held outside the United States.
The 2014 conference will be held May 2-3 in the Faculty of Law at Allard Hall on UBC's Vancouver campus, with the option of a field trip and welcome reception in the afternoon and evening of May 1.
On these pages you will find information about conference accommodation, some suggestions of things to do and see in Vancouver and at UBC, and the conference registration page.
The conference program is now available here.
If you have any questions that are not answered in the material on this website, then please contact the conference organizers at alps2014@law.ubc.ca.
We look forward to welcoming you to Vancouver.
