WORKSHOP SELECTION
In order to ensure as fair and even a distribution of conference participants in each workshop as possible, we will be assigning delegates to workshops based on delegate preference and the available space in each workshop (max of 10 - 15 participants per workshop session depending on topic). Each workshop will run three times over the course of the weekend so you will have three opportunities to attend.
 
Please choose your top three workshops as well one alternate below. We will do our utmost to try ensure that as many people as possible are able to attend their top three but the alternate will be used if space is not available. The available choices for workshops are:

Workshop A.2 – Self Care: A Deeper Dive - Journaling
Workshop A.3 – Self Care: A Deeper Dive - Art Therapy
Workshop B – Intimate Relationships and Sexual Health: Your Questions Answered
Workshop C – Living with Grief and Loss  
Workshop D – Practical Strategies to Tackle Memory Challenges
Workshop E – Post-Treatment Fertility Salvage



OPTIONAL GROUP CHAT
This year Ooch and POGO will be introducing a new session format called Optional Group Chats. Join other survivors in interactive and more informal discussions about topics of unique interest to particular segments of the survivor community.
These Group Chats are optional. Please indicate below the chats you wish to attend:

BUDDY-UP!
A Conference Buddy is for anyone who wants to attend the conference but would like to have at least one familiar face in the crowd. It’s for all you first-timers, introverts, or for anyone that wants help getting around. For conference and OOCH alum this is an opportunity to meet someone new or help a fellow survivor! Conference Buddies will be matched on self-identified criteria, so please be sure to complete the follow up questions below.
