- The conference fee rate of $395 (HST will be added) for individual registrations commences on June 29, 2018 and runs until the event reaches capacity/October 12, 2018.
- The conference fee includes: Breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks, all sessions for both days, and an evening reception on October 11.
- Registrations can be shared by two people from the same institution. Please complete all sections of the form below, if doing so.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
- June 29 – September 27, 2018: When a registrant is no longer able to attend and cannot transfer his or her place to another person from the same institution/organization, a refund will be issued. For refunds to a credit card, an administration fee of $25 will be applied.
- September 28, 2018 onwards: There are no refunds possible.
- Substitutions from within the same institution/organization are acceptable at any time.
