Welcome to the First Nations WATER CRISIS Summit & Symposium!
The Ontario First Nations Technical Services Corporation (OFNTSC) is pleased to host the First Nations Water Crisis Summit & Symposium at the Marriott on the Falls Hotel, Niagara Falls, Ontario on October 17 - 19, 2016. Formally known as the First Nation Water Symposium, this year’s event has been significantly modified to address the First Nation Boil Water Advisory Water Crisis in Ontario (and Canada) and include a historic Chiefs’ Summit meeting.
Finally, the mandates of First Nations, Provincial and Federal Government have aligned to solve the Boil Water Advisories (BWAs) in First Nation Communities. This is an unprecedented opportunity for First Nations leadership to collaborate with government to create a feasible, long-term solution. Together we can fulfill the promise Prime Minister Justin Trudeau made to solve BWAs within 5 years. Become a part of this critical and historic movement for First Nations.
We look forward to your participation in Niagara Falls! Click HERE to register.
